CANCER: The Diagnosis No One is Looking For

It's likely that you, or someone you know has been diagnosed with cancer.

At First Baptist, Perry we have a ministry in place, ready to walk this journey with you.

The HOPE cancer ministry provides resources, encouragement, information and HOPE for those facing cancer.

About HOPE Cancer Ministry

The HOPE cancer ministry was established at First Baptist Perry in 2008.

Since that time they have served nearly 300 individuals and families in our area by providing information, encouragement and practical assistance as they navigate this new journey.

The HOPE cancer ministry regularly supplies blankets (for chemo/radiation), Bibles, books and other relevant literature. Our volunteers, some of whom have experienced cancer themselves, are able to offer practical help, encouragement, and prayer for people in our community who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Ultimately the mission of this ministry is to help the patient find real hope in The Healer, Jesus Christ.
