Our Preschool and Children’s Ministry
1. GOD – Although our ministry focus is children, the basis of our ministry is God – His love for us, and His desire for us to have a personal relationship with Him.
2. The BIBLE– which is “God – breathed”, is useful for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, and for equipping Christians to serve God.
3. PARENTS – We partner with parents to provide the tools necessary to establish homes and families with a biblical worldview.
We welcome the opportunity to join with you to teach your child how to live in this world with a biblical perspective.

The mission of our Sunday School is to teach children how to view the world through “Biblical Eyes”. They learn to recognize that God loves them and has a plan for their lives.

We also serve at the PVO Christmas Banquet.– During the summer , we offer“ Children In Action” and “Mission Friends” on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm.
Sunday evenings at 5:00 pm for 3-5th Graders
Meet in the Choir Room
Making music and singing to God can be a lot of fun! At First Baptist Church of Perry, the children’s music program creates an environment where kids can learn about God and how to glorify Him through music. Our Children’s Choir seeks to teach and develop musical skills, biblical concepts, and worship leading through concentrated study and performance. This group provides special music and serves as the Praise Team for our 10:55 AM Worship Service on a regular basis throughout the year.
Our Preschool Choir is led by volunteers with a heart for teaching preschoolers about “speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music to the Lord in your heart…” Ephesians 5:19 (HCSB) This group occasionally provides special music on Sunday mornings during the worship service. They rehearse on special times throughout the year that will be announced.
