Why do I need to sign up with KidCheck?
We understand, you have questions about giving out that personal information - you're right to ask questions!
First of all, we want to assure you that we value your privacy and consider it a privilege that you entrust not only your child to us but also your personal information.
We will never share this information with anyone.
We utilize the secure services of KidCheck to help streamline the check-in process and strengthen safety and security procedures.
How do we use this information?
- Make the check-in and pick up process faster & easier
- Maintain an up to date listing of any allergies or medical concerns
- Ensure that only authorized people have access to your child
- Contact you in the event of an emergency or other urgent concern
- Notify you of changes or cancellations in activity schedules
What to expect at First Kids check-in
When checking in for the first time you'll be asked to enter, the following personal information
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Child's birth date
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs etc)
After you have done that, you only need to enter your phone number into the kiosk anytime your child needs to be checked in.
Each time your child is checked in you will each receive a name tag, one for your child to wear and one for you to hold onto until pick up time. After the worship service or activities are over, simply head back to your child's classroom and give the leader your sticker in order to pick up your child.
If for some reason we need to contact you while your child is in our care one of our staff or volunteers will text you. If you should receive a text from our children's department we ask that you return to your child's room.

It's also important to us that you know what to expect and feel comfortable with the process. So we'll be sure to go over any of that with you when you arrive.
